Former Minister of Arts and Culture Ama Tutu Muna has embarked on a mission in the diaspora to woo voters for the flag bearer of the Cameroon Peoples Democratic Movement at Sunday’s Presidential poll, Paul Biya.
Ama Tutu Muna is at the head of a five-man Campaign coordination commission presently in the United States after spending three days in the United Kingdom galvanizing support for their candidate.
From Paris to the United Kingdom, the message was loud and clear to Cameroonians in the diaspora; vote for Paul Biya on Sunday for a more inclusive diaspora in leading Cameroon to emergence by 2035.
After meeting with Cameroonian officials at the High Commission in the UK as well as Elecam representatives, Ama Tutu and her team met with the CPDM the Section President Grace Elone, the sub-sections, and branch presidents.
It was a crucial one in view of the door-to-door campaign strategy and how best to bring back lackluster registered militants. Engagements and responsibilities, according to the head of the team, were shared out to ensure optimum results.
“It is our intention to be efficient and effective in our mission so as to secure a remarkable victory for our candidate whom we feel represents the best option to continue steering Cameroon to emergence”, Ama Tutu Muna said.
Before jetting off to the United States, Ama Tutu Muna and her team met with various family and tribe representatives of “our registered voters” as identified.
She continues her charm offensive in the US with the conviction that the UK? France and other countries are under her belt to usher Paul Biya to victory at Sunday’s polls.
