A wave of excitement has engulfed the East African entertainment scene as three 1990s greats; Mya, Ginuwine and 112 land in Nairobi on Thursday for what is seen by many as the greatest treat for showbiz lovers, for years.

And it is not all about the Grammy Award winners. We can now confirm that there will also an E-Sir memorial throwback fusion during the Saturday The Plot concert that has already sold about 3,000 tickets.
Preparations started yesterday with the fixing of the concert stage at the Waterfront venue, Ng’ong Race Course as Mya and 112 shared their excitement through their official social media pages.

The Plot, a Property Reality Company organised event is a treat to fun lovers who loved the 1990s and early 2000s R&B and disco age.

Mya will be arriving on Thursday morning with 112 and Ginuwine landing at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in the evening, the same day.

“This is no longer a concert. It is a big show and I don’t know how to describe it. Kenyans are buying tickets like crazy and I can assure you, no one will regret having booked for this phenomenal event,” Brian Gacari, the CEO of Property Reality Company Limited told MondayBlues yesterday.

“It will be good value for their money and I can tell you, these guys are coming to give East Africans a real treat,” he remarked noting that last year’s Sisqo and Dru Hill’s concert was just a starting point.

“This is a concert for that youthful Kenyan who has made some little money, the same guy who is investing in plots, construction and such. That is where most of us are right now. After all that, we are giving them a reason to celebrate their hard work as they network during this show,” Brian added.

MondayBlues can confirm that all the VVIP tickets have sold out with over 500 VIP tickets equally bought as per yesterday.

Tickets for the event are available on Ticketsasa.
